    Kim Gates is a board-certified Physician assistant with a passion for natural, refined aesthetics. As the owner and an advanced injector in Omaha, she brings over 20 years of training, technical skill, and an artistic eye to every treatment.

    Known for her calm, caring and highly personalized approach, Kim treats every appointment as an opportunity to truly listen. She believes medical aesthetics is not about transforming you into someone else, but helping you feel like the best version of yourself—confident, refreshed and completely natural.

    Patients often describe her as part practitioner, part teacher, and even part therapist. She loves eucating her clients about their options, ensuring they feel empowered and safe every step of thew ay.

    Outside of her practice, Kim is dedicated to continuous learning, staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine to deliver the most effective, evidence-based care available.

    Jen is Kim’s indispensable right hand at Finesse Advanced Medical Aesthetics and has been working side-by-side with Kim for over 12 years. As our patient coordinator she helps ensure every patient experience is smooth, welcoming, and truly personal—from your first call to your follow-up visit.

    In addition to her essential role at Finesse, Jen is also a licenced, experienced Permanent Cosmetics Artist and owner of Looking Glass Ink. She brings and artist’s eye for detail, precision, and beauty to everything she does.
